Aydın Beyzade was born on 27 December 1963 in the Yiroskipou Village of Paphos. The same year he moved with his family (as refugees) to the Village of Ayyanni. He completed his primary, secondary and high school studies and graduated from Lapta High School in 1980.
The same year he registered as a student at the newly established Institute of Technology in North Cyprus (now Eastern Mediterranean University) and completed the English Preparatory Programme. He then went to Turkey to study at the Faculty of Letters, Department of Linguistics at Hacettepe University in Ankara.
He graduated from Hacettepe University in 1987 and returned to North Cyprus to complete his military service. After completing his military service he went to England and worked in various organisations.
Since 1991 he has been working at Near East University as a lecturer and in 2004 he completed his Master’s Degree in English Language Teaching.
He is married with three children.
